In order to feel like a diva every day, it’s really important that you get enough sleep.

Don’t drink too much caffeine, go to bed on time and get what you need to do during the day.

Not only is this helpful for eliminating dark circles and restoring a glowing complextion…but it’s also very important for mental health.

In order to start your day on a positive note, you must feel well rested. If you’re not, your mood will not be in it’s best form..and your confidence will suffer because of it.


Before you go to sleep each night, set aside as much time as you can (15,20, or 30 mins):

-Set out your things for the next day (eliminate morning stress)
-Wash your face and brush your teeth thoroughly
-Get in bed and do a leisure activity before you go to sleep…that doesn’t involve electronics. (i.e. read a book, magazine..etc..)

This will calm your body down and get it ready for the resting period. This will ensure a much more sound sleep overall.

In order to FEEL like a diva every day you must SLEEP!!
